Thomas Cook has bought exclusive holiday supplier Elegant Resorts.
Elegant Resorts has specialised in bespoke Caribbean and African safari holidays since it
was launched by Geoff Moss and Barbara Catchpole 20 years ago.
In a win-win deal enhancing TC’s Latitude and Signature brands, this allows the previous owners to maximise their Capital Gains Tax break in advance of budget changes.
Last year Elegant Resorts placed 20,000 clients in exclusive locations.
Thomas Cook purchased Hotels4u.com this year for £22m, and employs 20,000 staff worldwide.
